The Man & The Mission
For more than sixty years, Bishop J. Delano Ellis II served the Christian faith as student, seminarian, teacher, pastor, professor — and, ultimately, as Patriarch to more than twenty million Pentecostals throughout the world.
He gave the Black Pentecostal church a language of dignity and order, founding the modern Adjutancy and the Joint College of Pentecostal Bishops. Today, that same vision is carried forward through the JDE Training Academy.

Carrying The Work Forward
Under the ministry’s continued leadership, the JDE Training Academy still gathers adjutants, armor bearers, and servant-leaders to train in the traditions Bishop Ellis established. His work did not end — it was entrusted to those who follow.
